解决方法
登录交换机进入AAA模式输入：
[SW1]aaa
[SW1-aaa]local-user 用户名 password irreversible-cipher 新密码
提示输入旧密码：
Please enter old password:
完成后会有两段提示：
Info: The old password is checked successfully and new password can meet the requirements.
Info: After changing the rights (including the password, access type, FTP directory, HTTP directory, and level) of a local user, the rights of users
说明：配置local-user用户名password cipher报错--------此时需要把cipher换成irreversible-cipher。
配置本地用户用户名密码密码报错-此时需要把密码换成不可逆密码.
- cipher表示对用户口令采用可逆算法进行了加密，非法用户可以通过对应的解密算法解密密文后得到明文密码，安全性较低。
- irreversible-cipher表示对用户密码采用不可逆算法进行了加密，使非法用户无法通过解密算法特殊处理后得到明文密码，为用户提供更好的安全保障。
